One hour with Gabor helped me change my mindset while studying for my PMP. This was the 2nd time taking the exam and the nuggets of knowledge I received from Gabor during that session changed my mindset when it came to breaking down the questions. Huge thank you to Gabor and also my chapter for setting up the event!
I was waiting on delivery of an Emma Mattress and when I range the GLS customer service line I said I was not at home and asked if they would call me when the delivery was close by or at least give an approximate timeframe. I was told that they would. I was not called and my mattress was delivered somewhere else but I was not even informed where it was delivered. This is extremely poor service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I really couldn't be more disgusted and angry about a service if I tried. To think that a delivery driver has blatantly lied, confirming my delivery, which did not happen, is sickening. I don't understand how any merchants use this company as their courier service. I DID NOT receive my parcel as indicated by GLS. I contacted their customer service who assured me they would give 3 days for the driver to make contact with me, (which he/she didn't do), then the complaint would be escalated. I updated the lady in customer service of this, to this day I have have had no other response. I've forwarded my complaint to the merchant I purchased from and they are sending a replacement order. To my shock & dismay, they are still using GLS to do this. Surely if a customer has proven GLS' incompetence and unreliable service, they'd make the decision to send my replacement order with someone else? Nope...what are you all thinking! Do you think we all want to waste our time posting negative reviews. Believe me, I've much better things to be doing, I just can't let this go without informing others how bad they are. Get a grip store owners and STOP using GLS. An extremely unreliable courier service

Awful service. They only sent one man to collect my doors to change some glass panels when it obviously required two men. This was weeks in the planning and the guy didn't have a clue what he was supposed to be doing, not his fault personally as all the office appeared to have given him was my address. I was expected to help lift the doors out, down the stairs and out of my house. I was late for work and suffered loss of pay as a result. When complained to Sliderobes just got a snotty email back from Dublin office stating that I shouldn't have helped the guy and refused to compensate me in any way. I'm sure they'll be going bust soon enough if this is how they go about their business.
I am absolutely outraged by the disgraceful lack of support from AA. Not only did they cause catastrophic damage to my intake manifold while attempting to repair my car, but they are now completely refusing to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of offering any kind of resolution, I was met with an infuriatingly dismissive response: “We have also been advised by a Volvo specialist that manifold failures are not uncommon with high-mileage Volvos” and “no repair was attempted,” despite the clear documentation proving otherwise. This is a blatant attempt to avoid accountability . Their customer service is nonexistent, and their refusal to acknowledge or correct their errors is beyond frustrating. I would strongly urge anyone considering their services to stay far away—AA has proven to be utterly unreliable, negligent, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for their actions.

I have recently had new wardrobe mirrored sliding doors fitted to good existing interiors. From my initial enquiry and subsequent visits by designer, surveyor and fitter, the service has been excellent. Very nice gentlemen - good communication and good work done. I’m delighted.
