Als ich mich dazu entschieden habe, das Coaching bei Dennis zu starten, hätte ich niemals gedacht, dass ich in 5 Monaten 15.5kg verlieren werde. Da alles auf meine persönlichen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt ist, kann ich es wahnsinnig gut in meinen Alltag integrieren. Ich habe Freude an dem was ich tue und das bringt mich Woche für Woche näher an mein Ziel. Ich freue mich auf den weiter Weg mit Dennis und danke ihm für seine Unterstützung.
I recently bought a BZ4X Toyota which was on 30/09/2024 at Jemca Croydon. I was promised by Jemca that British Gas would be supplying and connecting the EV home charger for free of cost within a month which has not happened until now.I have tried all avenues, contacting BG on several occasions, but they have been unable to resolve my issue as the installation has been given to a 3rd party to complete the job. When i contacted the 3rd party, i was told that they were unable to help due to shortage of staff. When i had my Toyota Rav4, I was using only £60 of petrol monthly. At present, i am using £ 45 pound weekly to charge my car. People say that you will save money by using an electric car; however, this experience has been negative. I contacted the Sale Manager at Jemca and i was given a phone number to contact Customer service someone called Lily, since i have sent her requested details, i have not heard from her. I would urge people not to rush and buy electric car until you Jemca makes it clear when the EV charger will be installed. It has been nearly 3 months and nothing has happened yet. I was given a date when on of the so-called engineer came from the 3rd party to install the EV Charger a month ago, but he failed to complete the job because his other colleague did not turn up. The service in the garage and showroom are excellent, but Jemca has given all his EV contract to British Gas who has failed to install an EV charger due to short of staff. I have all my bills to prove how much i have been spending to charge my BZ4X weekly and all the emails too.
Delivery service is terrible. The company is fraudulent. They send a confirmation of delivery by mail when they haven't actually delivered the item in order to meet their service levels. This caused us to travel 40 minutes to collect the item from the shop for nothing as it wasn't yet there. They owe us 2 hours of time and petrol. Unacceptable behaviour, companies and individuals should avoid at all costs.

Absolutely atrocious “service”. Twice now a return has been cancelled. Once by last minute phone call and second by waiting all day only to have them never turn up. A call to their “customer service line” was beyond a waste of time. DO NOT USE this company ever.
