If trustpilot would allow zero star reviews then it would still be too much of a positive for gls.This isn't a service, it's a lottery of will i get my package or not. No customer service and if you do happen to get through then you may as well not have bothered in trying.Absolutely horrendous.I'd happily pay a supplier extra to use someone else to courier my items and gls are more often than not the reaon i don't purchase from certain online retailers.

Had a wardrobe installation 30th July 2024Not yet completed despite several calls, voicemails and promise to send a fitter out. Eventually, after demanding they come out to finish the work, a date and time was arranged. Should have been here yesterday. Didn't turn up and no word of apology. Annoyed with time wasting and lost faith in the company. I feel that I have been very patient these eight weeks

I have been going to Bracknell Branch for many years (20+) and have bought together with my family many cars and received excellent help. Tried to MOT the car as it runs out tomorrow for its first one. Guess what, Toyota cannot do it for a month!!! Politely told I can keep the service plan MOT until next year! Additionally went in to enquire about a new car and had a new tyre kicking salesman who wasn't interested. (Real shame David Hunt retired)
