The worst service by a long way. Received an email to advise me that my parcel would be delayed by 1-3 days, no reason give only that it would be delayed. Tried phoning them on their customer service line and I get a recorded message that their phone lines are down. Phoned their Knock depot and get a message that my call can't be connected, please try again later, when I do call back I get the same message. Sent an email to see when I can expect delivery, no reply. I explained that I need this item before the weekend for a trade show but none of this seems to matter to GLS, I have had the misfortune of using them in the past and had similar problems. If I had known that my supplier was using GLS I would have requested an alterative courier. I now have to cancel my plans to promote my business over the weekend. Stay well clear is my advice.

I passed my PMP, thanks to Gabor. Having met through LinkedIn by chance. There is something warm about his personality and passion to teach. The weekly study groups are so relevant for exam prep. He gave me exam techniques that worked. From time to time I would receive a DM/email from him just to check my progress. That made me more dedicated, confident and followed his suggested plan to the T. Every time we spoke, I learnt a new Tip/ trick. Good thing is, he tailored his suggestions/approach to meet my unique circumstances. It worked.I would recommend anyone who want to pursue a certification in Projects Management to reach out to him.
