Review Time
My experience with MyChips has been nothing short of a nightmare. I started a Blackout Bingo offer during a double pay promo on Drumo. I completed all tasks in 8 days. Though completed, it didn't show as even visited until 10-12 days later with only the install task showing completed. I opened two tickets # 39462 and 35769, and didn't get a reply until just after 30 days.l saying sorry for the delay. After literally days/weeks of back and forth, and taking no accountability for anything, blaming everything under the sun from its Drumos fault to maybe I'm not a new user, they just stopped responding and then closed both my tickets with no explanation or credit. I spent my hard earned money and my time, essentially being just shy of completing the offer twice over, opened tickets and sent screenshots of tasks completed as proof of completion. They just gaslighted me with ridiculous excuses in return. Then they just stopped responding when i provided info they requested and closed my tickets still unresolved. Unless they finally issue an appropriate credit, I'd stay far away from their offerwall and rate 1 star because they are thieves. UPDATE: I have since been contacting by a manager in their support team who was very understanding of my issue, and also quickly and adequately compensate my efforts. I have changed my rating to 5 stars for the efforts of this manager. Thanks again.
Worst couriers I have ever used. They don't handle parcels with necessary care, damaged mine. Have been trying to resolve the issue for 2 months with no success so far - they're ignoring despite have all the information in their system including photos. That is not the single case with them. One of previously delivered item was completely broken in 2 pieces.

The customer service from this company is of a very poor quality. I contacted them via a phonecall to see if I could get an estimated time of delivery. The service representative was very rude, stated they dont do give estimated times and then hung up without so much as a thank you or goodbye.
