Hello,Your delivery man saw him dump my item on the front of my lawn and go off this person he has done this before with another company, anyone could have taken my goods, he is not fit for delivery and he never left it in a safe place or my patio which was open with instructions from the company to leave it in it.He threw it at my front door and walked off I had my patio open and he never left in it, just went off and threw it on the ground with a fair bang as that is what I saw. Never using GLS again. my order could have been stolen or taken the way it was throw on my front lawn!

I paid for the gls one on the website to send a package on 23/05/2024. I canceled the service because I would need the carrier to come and collect it at my home to send to the recipient. I got in touch and they canceled it on June 24th. Until now, I have not been refunded the amount that had been paid. I already contacted support via phone and they had no information about refunds and asked me to send an email. So far, no response.
