Dennis ist mir über Social Media aufgefallen und da merkte man schon sehr schnell, dass er einen wirklich tollen Charakter hat und nichts scheut um seine Träume umzusetzen. Und genau das vermittelt er auch in seinem Coaching! Immer da, selbst Abends! Immer freundlich, motivierend und nach einer Lösung suchend. Er liebt das was er tut und das merkt man auch! Seine Begeisterung ist ansteckend!Ich war auf der Suche nach Jemanden, der mir dabei hilft nicht wieder in alte Muster zu fallen und mir mal in den Hintern zu treten, wenn ich meine es schleifen lassen zu müssen. Und ich muss sagen, die Art und Weise wie Dennis das tut ist einfach sehr angenehm. Er verurteilt einen nicht oder spielt "Hau drauf Männchen", sondern legt den Fokus auf Motivation und Hinterfragt die Gründe, sucht dann also dementsprechend eine Lösung.Man kann alles mit ihm klären, wenn es Missverständnisse geben sollte und er achtet wirklich sehr darauf, dass man sich in seinem Coaching wohlfühlt.Das schönste? Er freut sich wie Schnitzel mit einem, wenn man Ergebnisse erzielt und ist dann ebenso stolz!Ich sollte noch erwähnen, dass ich in meiner Stadt nach bezahlbaren Personal Trainern gesucht hatte und war schockiert wie viel Geld man dort lassen kann. Dennis' Coaching hingegen ist wirklich bezahlbar und man bekommt so viel mehr für sein Geld als man erwartet! Eine Rundum Betreuung quasi, auch, wenns "nur" online ist. Das bringt mir aber tatsächlich so viel mehr, als, wenn Jemand 2 mal die Woche mit mir Sport vor Ort machen würde.Die Rezepte, die er individuell für mich zusammenstellt sind super lecker und er achtet sehr darauf, dass man sie gerne isst und die Sportübungen sind auch so angepasst, dass man sie machen kann wo man möchte, Zuhause oder im Fitnessstudio, mit den Mitteln die einem zur Verfügung stehen. Sein Motto "Es soll Spaß machen, denn nur so bleibt man am Ball" und genau das tut es! 💜Ich habe knapp 5 Kilo in 3 Wochen abgenommen und etliches an Umfang verloren, musste dabei weder Hungern, noch "leiden". Es hat einfach wirklich Spaß gemacht und ich freue mich sehr auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit ihm. Den lass ich nicht mehr gehen 😄
Appalling and unacceptable service. Will be making an official complaint - firstly they "lost" my service book which is completely unacceptable. Secondly the service was terrible - text and email saying a video of my car was ready but there was no video! Service report was inaccurate with them stating I had tyres which I don't even have (makes you wonder what else they don't check properly when they aren't getting the basics right and losing your service book too!). Was told my car was ready to collect but it wasn't according to their own check out machines causing further delays. Was told to wonder round the car park looking for my car as the person who located the cars was "off today". When I finally found it, to top things off in true Reading Jemca style, it was extremely difficult to get out of the space as they had double parked in the spaces Infront (see pic) - I had to do about 20 point turn to even get out. Talk about poor customer service - I am completely shocked at their incompetence and will be making an official complaint - day light robbery. In addition I was lied to by the receptionist about closing times and no courtesy cars or pick up and drop off were available either.
I serviced my car in Jemca Toyota Sidcup on 26th Jan. After service the car had a slow acceleration issue for which when I talked to the team I was told of £150 charge to investigate the issue (if it turns out not under warranty). And on top of that, I was given a date after 1 month. Shouldn't faults created when servicing be attended to immediately?
