Review Time
I gave this company a great review a few weeks back but unfortunately I need to update this. Nationally they are great but internationally they are shockingly poor. I have made 2 orders with a company in Poland over the past month and each time my delivery has gotten stuck in a black hole for days somewhere in France, with zero information on their tracking app. Then I get a standard email telling me that my parcel 'is unfortunately delayed.' When I contacted their customer service dept. who answer promptly, I am simply told that there is a delay, but not why or where my package is. They are very unhelpful and would put the C.I.A to shame.Avoid using GLS internationally.Having put this review onine. I had in the meantime ordered another parcel from the same company in Poland and this time it took longer; 13 days to be precise. Why? Thank you for responding to my query but I've had deliveries from other companies in the meantime which didn't take half as long?
Great service received today in Wicklow town, was awaiting my parcel after receiving a notification to say it would arrive. Arrive on time and with such a happy and cheerful man Richard. Kids were delighted to receive new toys from the postman. Many thanks again Richard great service.
