very bad service, I did not receive any messages when the package will be delivered. I had to return the package to the sender because I made a mistake when ordering. I contacted the sender and was told to refuse the parcel and immediately write to them, which is what we tried to do, but the driver said that he would not take it back, when my son refused to sign, he was called, even the neighbors heard. After a few minutes, he came back and took the package, without even apologizing

The worst delivery company I ever meet!Since summer I tried to just ignore GLS lack of profesionalism but I am tired of it now. When I see my parcels will be delivered by GLS I know for sure I will have a headache about it. I don’t know who is delivering here in the town I live but never calls or knock at my door, always drops my parcels at my neighbours which are an agency and if they are close GLS are just sending a message how they missed me when sometimes I am all day home waiting for a call or knock on the door!!! For example today I had a parcel for which my boyfriend was very excited, we checked in the morning and it showed is out for delivery, I checked again around 1 or so and it showed it couldn’t be delivered per my instructions to the driver. I NEVER EVER SPOKEN WITH THE DRIVER SO I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT INSTRUCTIONS ARE THEY LYING ABOUT. This company is a disgrace and I wish I could have an option where to choose because I will never choose GLS !!!
