The driver does not come to your house, he just say you are not here then let the parcell miles away in some collect point. You cannot go that far to get it so you ask for a new delivery. They wait and then say " sorry your parcell is gone away, see with your resseller" How convenient. Those companies who does not take responsabilities are a shame, they shall be avoid and disappear. Do not trust GLS !!!

The quality of the materials and ingenious use of awkward spaces; Pól O’Hagan quickly understood our needs and what would work well. Master bedroom installation has the wow factor and daughter’s bedroom has delighted her. Fitters are easy to work with, so courteous, polite and clean. We had some issues this time with installation but totally out of sliderobes control; hard to find a business not affected by supply chain issues but in the end, Ruairi pulled out all the stops he could and communicated very well with me. In my opinion, it’s worth the investment and compares very favourably with other market options.

Very disappointed with GLS services in Limerick. I ordered a collection and was waiting a whole day at home, only for the driver to never show up. I emailed customer support and they told me there was something wrong with the address. I sent on same address again....it is not difficult to find our house and the same driver has delivered and picked up goods from the same house a few times already. They rescheduled for another day, only for me to wait in the house again and for the driver to never show up. When I emailed again, they told me that apparently, the goods weren't ready for collection yet. Even though me and box were waiting on them the whole day and they never showed up. I lost my patience with them and will never use them again.
