I'm delighted with my new walk in wardrobe - I can confirm they can definitely work with maximising awkward spaces! Every part of the service was great, from the design appointment through to the service of the office staff and the joiner who fitted for me (very tidy, efficient and did a fantastic job). I'd definitely recommend and would use again.

So bad its hilarious really!!! Bought a used car from the guys in Edgware Road- went to collect it as arranged , after paying for it , only to find they couldnt find the documents . One month later , still no car no documents, no returned calls or e mails. If it wasnt Toyota , I would say its a scam . Being Toyota , its just an embarrassing fiasco of total incompetence and zero customer service- go somewhere else if youre looking to buy a car !!!
Bought a CH-R in August great sales staff .. then 4 months later it threw a panic refusing to start for over 10 mins .. finally limped home emails and left VM nothing ... called the sales person Shakil 2 days after he got back from holiday he hadnt returned my VM service line is terrible waited for ages gave up Shakil promised to get service to call me back ... nothing .. so here we are with no response from Jemca Croydon Service a recently purchased car showing many issues and we now have to march up to the site to make a fuss ... maybe we should have checked the reviews first ... I have told them I am out of the country for a month this weekend and dont want to leave my wife without a car .. but hasnt seemed to affect any response ... sigh
Abysmal service, an item I bought was handed over to GLS in Germany on the 18th of December, it hit several parcel depots in Germany before making its way to Ireland, arriving on the 28th December.It then sat in the local parcel depot for 9 days, the tracking being updated every working day with 'The parcel has reached the parcel center' during that 9 days.I emailed the local depot on the 2nd January asking when they intended to deliver, I was told the following day, no package arrived, by the 4th I was fed up with the whole process and sent them another email, giving them a deadline to deliver on the 5th by 14:30, or I would refuse delivery, I received a response saying 'I have printed your email for the morning shift and advised it is urgent'.Today the 5th, mid morning, I check the tracking to see was the package on the van and out for delivery, no, but tracking updated again, with 'The parcel has reached the parcel center'.I sent one last email to them, warning them to either deliver by 14:30 or to initiate a return to the sender, as I would refuse to accept delivery, I got no response from them.The tracking was later updated that evening with 'The parcel is stored in the final parcel center, it could not be delivered as the consignee refused acceptance, The parcel has been returned to sender'A right laurel and hardy shambles, no apologies, 19 days, 9 of which sat in local depot.Will never deal with GLS again, never.
Where to begin, First of the Irish agents in GLS customer care need a gold medal. They’re phenomenal! The British agents and email service however, my god they couldn’t care less about helping you. Package was due for delivery on the 19th of December, listed as not being delivered due to traffic conditions, fair enough it’s Christmas week! All in total driver had loaded the parcel onto the van 6+ times and couldn’t be delivered; one of the excuses citing not enough address details; dispite the driver contacting me personally; as well as me calling CC to give a further description of the address as well as an alternate address if useful, The driver still couldn’t do his job. He was then instructed not to return to the depot end of business on January 2nd with the parcel that it was to be delivered that day; however; he didn’t scan the package end of the day and then delivered it to an address 25Km away from me on the 3rd?!! After being told the depot manager would be in touch; he hasn’t been, I get told then by CC he has until the 8th of January to rectify the issue at which point the loss of the parcel is my responsibility; direct quote from one of GLS British agents. Absolute Scandalous behaviour from a courier company. I’ve seen toddlers with a better sense of direction this crowd. If you’re at the start of issues or are a company considering using them; just don’t.
