Made an order through the website. Received an order confirmation and heard nothing for 9 days. Sent two emails and contacted them through their website and had no reply from anything I have tried. Awful service and still don’t know if I am getting the shoes. Contacted the through the email address they have provided on here and still being ignored. Just want the order cancelling and refunding. Excellent service. I had a small issue with a delivery which was rectified very quickly. First off how refreshing to be able to contact a delivery company over the phone. The person I dealt with was very helpful and my issue was resolved in a few minutes. DPD and Fastway could learn a lot from GLS.

Overall I was happy with Solar who called me when he was nearly here as I requested. He was polite & helpful. I was relieved that my parcel was here as I couldn't track it all morning due, to being given the wrong Company Name. So it all worked out in the end.
