I contacted Bolt and Jacob my representative contacted me to go over information about the company and how it works. He was friendly, respectful and detailed. After we had the conversation, he offer to follow up. He kept me up to date by sending me emails by informing about promotional offers about becoming a member. I decided to go ahead and take one of the offers which was going to expire in 03/25/2022 and I am now a new member. After enrollment, he follow up by contacting by phone and email and welcoming me to the company. He continued by guiding me though the process step by step. He was helpful, I didn't feel lost. He followed up with a mini meeting to help me navigate through the system, he was very deligent. He made me feel part of the team and welcome. I am happy to have him as my representative, would definitely recommend him. :)
Excellent service!!! I am actually quite taken aback considering the amount of hardship I have received from other courier companies. It was an absolute joy to have my parcel handed to me. The driver also drove up the driveway and to top it all off I was greeted with a smile. The driver was extremely friendly and polite. AVOID AVOID AVOID AA WARRANTY AT ALL COST...I bought 2 years old van from a dealer and paid £599 for 3 years AA warranty plus. Went to Peugeot servising in January where vehicle health been checked and the problem with clutch was identified. Recently the clutch start giving a problems and one day van couldn't drive properly because of a fault. Went to garage to fix it. Mechanic took pictures of burned flywheel and clutch disc which I've emailed to claim department. Got an email 5 days after saying that claim is decline. Firstly, 5 days the van suppose to be at the garage waiting for their approval for a fault by a pictures when I and my business have to stay without vehicle Secondly, their experts are concluded that it's not enough evidence of fault.Very complicated procedure of claims and not transparent. Every time you speak to them regarding on how to apply and you hear different instructions from different staff.PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT HOOKUP ON THIS AA WARRANTY AS YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO SOMETHINK YOULL NEVER GET.
As part of the sales package for the car I just purchased was a free 6 month month AA warranty. The dealer explained the benefits of extending the warranty for a further six months and considering the good value on what the warranty covered I took out the extra six month warranty. Very pleased I did so!
