I’m actually happy with the AA warranty that I took out. I bought a car from a not so impressive car dealership (Auto Gallery in Hampton!) who sold me a car with a hidden fault. An hour in driving it home fresh from purchasing a fault popped up! I took it to an AA approved garage, they diagnosed the problem and sorted it all out with AA (the fault, pricing etc) I paid for the fix and AA reimbursed the repairs within a week (after some chasing up). The only reason its not five stars is because the first call handler I spoke to when making my claim for the first ever time was crap and uninterested or helpful even! And their instructions are not the clearest. Apart from that I do recommend AA. :)

Shipping canceled 3 times and revised ship date.I chat and called to company 100 times, during this time, wanted to change my order they said no. you can find information about changing and cancelling of order on the web site see (screen shot ). But when you want to do it , the answer is NO. There is no one to tell you true information. Persons who is chatting with you have no information or they don’t want to give you true information. They update information on the web site 3-4 days after ship date. It is unbelievable that the biggest technology company of USA treat their customers like that.I have no experience with other companies, but I would not recommend you to order computer from HP.sorry , could not attach or place the screenshots here
