We had a free 3 month AA warranty with the purchase of a car, 2 months into the warranty a problem with the car occurred. I have attempted to call them a multitude of times, the whole time been on hold then 45-60 mins into the call getting disconnected. I have emailed them attempting to get the car repair with been told I must call them. They did make an attempt to call me after multiple emails but attempting to return the call gets you stuck on hold with no way to call the person directly back.However contacting me to inform me that my warranty is due to expire is something that they excel at. Thankfully we didn’t pay for the extended warranty, don’t waste your time.
We are a commercial insurance agency and Bolt makes it easy for us to take care of certain classes of commercial auto customers, as well the occasional personal lines customer. The platform is easy to use and I have had a good experience with the service.
Bought a Passat from dealer ,have it now for 6 months and 1500 miles city driving ,paid £500 for 2 years warranty , car had a 128 point check from AA, which is rubbish and do not get fooled by that,took the car for servicing to the main dealer, then find out it needs cam belt change, try to reach this people on phone and email, not a chance, as I needed the car paid for the service but more issues rise after diagnostic, got very angry and phoned to their costumer service to cancel my cover in order to save some money by getting refund, but they cancel it whiteout telling me there is no refund.I can see why they were happy to cancel it as they wont be any more be liable for my cover ,after I found out there is no refund I asked them revers the cancelation .which obviously they denied, telling me back we cancel it on your request and keep ignoring the reason for cancelation .any way before buying a cover just read bad feed backs as they will show you how that company is dealing with its costumer ,wish I had done it before.I do not need a reply or comment from AA .do not bother, we have lost money here but we will help others to better know company s like AA.1- Update I already lost my money and my time , I have left my policy number here if you could do something you would not need to reply in here .2- UpdateThis is a reminder to Trustpilot team ,which were asking me to forwarding more information,If you see we are writing in here is because we have tried what we could ,and this is only a warning for other people to know this company when it comes to claims,
