I called. I explained the problem, in turn they explained to me where to go and how much the insurance covers. I sent the receipt with everything I paid. In maximum 3 days I had the money back in the account. Very satisfied. Thank you

Good customer service

Good customer service. I was having no joy at local garage when I asked them to call you (AA warranty) re the repair work. They said not interested and to busy to do this. So I was expecting an issue at your end because of this. However you (Neil) could not have been better and was happy enough for me to submit the invoices and then I was promptly paid.

Used car I bought developed a problem…

Used car I bought developed a problem with the central locking. The AA would not ring the garage about the quote but required the garage to ring them. It takes at least 20 minutes for them to pick up so the garage mechanic got annoyed about his time getting wasted. Also they have a allowable labour cost less then the normal garage rate so I have had to pay the difference of £35. Total aggravation.
