The claim process did not take time and my car was booked in for repairs. The customer service was very polite and helpful. I will always recommend AA warranty.

Very good warranty service…

I found the service very helpful and was really glad that I had taken out the warranty. The Dealer found a fault when I had the car serviced and this turned out to be a bigger job than first thought and you paid out promptly. I was so pleased I took out house insurance with the AA but hope I won’t need to use that!

DO NOT BUY this rubbish company warranty from car giant quick to take money , but not so quick when you have to make claim, NOT worth the hassle or time, you basically have thrown the money down the drain.

I have received 2 deliveries via GLS this week. Both were prompt deliveries. The tracking and communication was accurate while on route. The driver was First Class.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall. There was a temporary glitch with the tracking on my package but this was resolved after I contacted them. Customer service were pleasant and helpful. Local delivery driver is excellent.

AVOID if possible- threating packages with no care

I'm shopping online everyday and this is first time GLS was delivering my order.It was visible that box was opened as original tape was broken and box was sellotaped. everything mixed inside, fist sized hole on the box and product worth €300 broken. pieces of plastic around the box. Im not sure are they playing football with packages or what.But obviously not threating them with care and respect to someone else's property.my package was cca60x40x30cm power washer 10kg weight and they managed to break part made of solid plastic.Hope it won't cause me much hussle around refund with Seller
