Despite being in no one rang the bell left it out in the rain im 70 years old it was very heavy and my next door neighbour rang my door bell, to let me know it was out. Hes 76 and between us we carried it in just about. This is not the first time DHL have not rang my bell or knocked on the door for a parcel. I have come to expect it of evri but not your company.
