SCAM! BEWARE!!!!!! I foolishly purchased $100 of Aparthy hair nourishing serum without reading reviews. When the product arrived I asked to return it and was told that the UNOPENED WELL SEALED product " could not be returned for health and safety reasons". I was offered a 20% refund or a 100% gift card to buy further products. LOL. THIS IS A SCAM. DON'T BE AS STUPID AS I WAS.

Sent me product with none of the key ingredients

Sent me product with only Rosemary, Ginger Root Oil, & Aloe Vera.NO "Aminexil", "Redensyl", or "Anagain"Which were the things that sold me on buying. They then tell me they just changed the packaging and it’s the same product. So they commented that they are illegally selling a product omitting chemical properties in the ingredient list. I call bullshit on that. None omits key properties on the ingredients you can get in deep trouble in the US doing that. Total headache they won’t own it so I need to contest the charge now

Scammers

The customer service just goes back and forth with you promising to update addresses and send product out and then don’t. They charged me for three months worth of product and I have not seen any of it . I’ve asked for a refund and they stopped emailing me back and I have no refund. I’ve told them my correct address several times now and they never update it when they say they have and the product just keeps getting sent back because they don’t add my apartment number.

From Snake oil to Hair oil, False Advertisement and Deceptive Behaviors

I am still talking to customer service, VIA EMAIL ONLY FOR SOME REASON.They sent me the wrong formula and packaging TWICE. 1st product had the name "Hoegoa" only with Rosemary, Ginger Root Oil, & Aloe Vera2nd Product had the name "Aparthy" with identical ingredients.NO "Aminexil", "Redensyl", or "Anagain"Just dealing with them is actively causing me to loose hair from all the regret and stress.

I ordered from them 3 or 4 weeks ago and finally got my order but it was a completely different item than what was advertised. They sent me some bs called “hoegoa” and didn’t even have half the ingredients that was advertised in the post. Now they probably sold my credit card information to some scammers and I’ll have to get a whole new card. Wish I did my research before buying.
