I have a thinning patch on the crown that has made me self-conscious. My order was delayed because the postal service misplaced it, but Marinella was amazing and kept me updated. I got an email from Aparthy saying my subscription was going to renew. I didnt even realize I had signed up. I asked for it to be canceled and Julia responded super quickly in a very friendly way.
