Ordered hair serum and still waiting on the product to be shipped 2 weeks later. They create a shipping label the day of and that’s it and said “the item has been shipped” but USPS has yet to receive my item. I highly recommend you don’t order anything from this website, it’s not legit. Reached out to customer service and it takes days to get a response and when they finally do respond, it’s not even helpful information. Just overall a terrible experience. I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT!

Fraudsters

Terrible. Ordered product to try - doesn’t work. Liquid doesn’t even come out of the ball bearing joint. Worse though - they auto enrol you in a subscription without telling you and take a further £35 a month later - you won’t know until it’s out of your account!

Got email saying my sub was gonna renew…

Got email saying my sub was gonna renew i didnt even know i signed up lol. Asked to cancel and Julia got back to me really fast and friendly. Using serum on crown and edges and i can see some new hairs after 3 weeks.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company – took £30 without authorisationI did not place any order with this company, yet £30 was taken from my account without my consent. I immediately reported it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.After receiving an email from “Team Aparthy” claiming to have shipped a product I never ordered, I tried to contact them for a refund, but their email address doesn’t work and there is no legitimate contact option. This appears to be a scam.If you see any adverts or offers from “Aparthy” or receive messages from them, do not provide payment details. Contact your bank straight away and report it to Action Fraud UK.No genuine business should charge customers without authorisation or make themselves uncontactable.
