I ordered two golf belts on January 10th. On January 11th, I received a call informing me that one of the belts was out of stock. They inquired how I wanted to proceed. After discussing my options, the representative offered to search for a specific belt. Just five minutes later, he called back to say that while they couldn't provide the exact color from that brand, they could offer a belt from another company that was pricier but at no additional cost to me.
