The experience so far has exceeded my expectations. When I first came on to take on new clients, I quickly realized that I had no formal training or process for handling leads or working with people who booked appointments through the internet.What has made this process great so far is the consistent training and coaching that is available five days a week. The company does a great job of connecting you with the right people to learn from and train with.I’m still early in the journey, and it’s not an easy process to take on, but the training and system provided make it as manageable as possible and give you the support needed to improve.

I have enjoyed working with the Apex team now for almost 2 months. The learning curve has been steep and sometimes slippery but the team has been very helpful with daily, live and specific training. My coach, Ellie Rager is very helpful and knowledgeable of the system,process and the "How to" in practical methods that are real life and easy to implement. I have a ways to go but confident my goals are achievable. The lead flow is consistent week to week, not perfect, but the quality is better than other services I've used. No shows are typical industry #'s but it is a numbers game. I would recommend Apex to other Advisors looking to grow their book of business.
The type of leads are extremely good. All have had well over 1mm in assets. My coach Justin Mills is very attentive and even though I have been in business for over 30 years, I have learned a lot from him with respect to developing clients thrugh this type of channel.
I have been more than impressed with everything about apex. Not only do they deliver on their promises to bring in appointments booked on my calendar with high net worth individuals, they also have world class coaching on how to close cold traffic. I joined for the leads and I'm getting so much more than that. Elli is an outstanding coach that makes things so simple and applicable to our business. What a relief to not have to worry about marketing bendy that are doing it all for me. Now i can focus on what I really enjoy-- helping clients. I can't recommend this company enough. So very happy I jumped in.
As advertised. The team demonstrates exactly what they advertise. The support from the team on the usability of the apps is very good. The contacts from the marketing are qualified and the systems in place to confirm meetings is excellent. Very turn key, a little leg work to start but once get going it’s very automated. Dylan is excellent in getting you setup and prepared and is very accessible when needed with same day if not same hour response to questions.
I am just ramping with with them but have been very impressed with their attentiveness to the details. Making sure I am prepared for the appointments. The foundation they are providing is solidifying and working with what I already do. Looking forward to see how the journey continues.
