There is no more Lifetime Transmission, I found out, the owner closed the shop in Spring over a year ago. But he lied to me, he said the address on the ad is wrong. He towed my car to another shop. Owner represents himself as Dana, but his real name is Salvador Ruiz. (He said Dana is his middle name, his middle name is Garces) The owner is the biggest scammer. He quoted me $800 to bring the car to him then went up to $3995 after he seen the car. He told me the work will cost $3995. He asked me to approve. But when I picked up my car, he demanded I pay $5980 ($3995 plus $1985). He is a scammer. He just arbitrarily charged me additional $1985. I was sick to my stomach. He held my car hostage. Put it back inside the shop and blocked it with two cars. He is a liar; he never showed his face; all of this conversation is via text and phone calls. Owner, tried to con me to Zelle him money, he calls it "the deposit money" He demanded that I Zelle him the money ASAP.
I have a free account on Birdeye.com, it was all good until they started to mix up my account with someone else's account. Do not know how that happened. Contacted them but no answer. Had other issues with them in the past where they aggregate reviews from a suspended Google my business account, which was much appreciated, but they messed it up, when I contacted them about the reviews, they immediately deleted them without warning and no answer. They received a low star review, soon after they contacted me promising to rectify their error in exchange to delete the unwanted low star review. They never honored their promise. Horrible company to do business with. ''Hi @Birdeye Free Profiles please disregard this request and do NOT remove the profile or any reviews on the profile.''

I had a frustrating experience with the company. After signing up for a trial, I was unhappy with the results and tried multiple times to cancel, but I am still being charged. This feels like a scam, and after two months of attempts to cancel, I have reported it for fraud.
