I paid their professional fees in advance, but later decided not to continue with their services. At that stage, they had not started my application, had not submitted any documents, and had not performed any substantial work on my case.
Despite this, they refused to refund my payment. There was no clear explanation, no transparent breakdown of services rendered, and no willingness to resolve the matter professionally.
This reflects poor business ethics and improper business practices. Please choose other agency. Mr Nikhil was overly nice in the beginning but later attitude changed.

It is disheartening that a company that claims to assist others in building better futures fails to treat its employees ethically and professionally. I am sharing this review only after exhausting all options. I am simply seeking my hard-earned money. This experience has been mentally draining, and it is humiliating to continually ask for what is rightfully mine without receiving it. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to think carefully.
