My order was canceled when it seemed the price was lower than anticipated. I placed my order on January 2, 2026, for: High Dose Omega-3 @ 27.85 EUR and Magnesium-L-Threonate @ 29.99 EUR. The delivery was postponed twice, and this morning it was canceled with a message stating "it's not currently available." However, I noticed higher prices for both items today and attempted to add them to my cart, which indicated they were available. As of now, the prices are 29.99 EUR and 30.99 EUR, respectively. It's disappointing to see a company compromise its reputation over a small amount of money.

Really great shop. Nothing to complain about. The delivery is fast, the products I am interested in are at a good price and the customer service-in case you need them-are really professional and helpful. I really recommend this shop. My only "complaint" is that I wish they had some sort of loyalty program for customers that purchase products from a specific brand (of cosmetics in my case). But except of that, I highly recommend this shop.
