I had a minor issue understanding how to use the front basket. The staff were very friendly and helped me resolve it quickly. Now, everything is working great! I have COPD, so my portable oxygen generator fits perfectly in the basket. After about 20 hours of use, I'm very pleased. I wish it had rubber wheels, but overall, the operation is very easy.

After approximately five international flights and eight months of use, it has proven to be a solid choice. The battery lasts a long time, and the front basket is a great feature. We've seen many others with the same brand and received inquiries about it. While it’s one of the lightest models, it can be a bit cumbersome for one person to load into a vehicle trunk; I recommend having two people help. One user noted that after several hours, it can become uncomfortable, so a foam cushion might be beneficial for longer trips. Above all, it has provided freedom, which was central to our decision.
