I am still in disbelief. I had my account deactivated due to a Section 3. After I tried appealing Amazon's decision by myself multiple times and getting rejected I decided to look into different appeal companies. There were some big ones ones with good reviews but after speaking to a few other sellers who had personally bad experiences with them, I decided to go with Appeal Wizards. After talking to Amanda for a consultation, I felt a little more at ease and decided to go with this company. It took a few tries and a customized appeal from Amanda but I finally have my account back when I almost gave up. I really appreciate Amanda who went above and beyond and even messaged me on night and weekends when she's supposed to be off. I am so glad Appeal Wizards came through and did the impossible.

It was a long haul but after several months of Amazon not backing down despite sending in all the proper they requested, we eventually prevailed and got our wrongfully closed account reopened. Appeal Wizards is by far the best appeal service I’ve ever used for my challenging case. To keep it brief, we sell globally, and our France account was deactivated due to a restricted item policy.
