Review Time
The surveys are more varied than other survey apps so the look and feel are usually interesting but there usually is no progress bar once you are in the survey, and it kicks you out a lot without giving any consolation money.
Verifying my identity for cashing out was quite a struggle, but once it was approved after submitting several photos of my ID and selfies, the redemption process was incredibly fast. I hope that I won't have to go through verification every time I cash out. Aside from that, everything else is fantastic.
The service began on a positive note, and I was enjoying the app. Surveys were accessible, I completed tasks successfully, and my first withdrawal went smoothly. Up until that point, disqualifications were infrequent and understandable. However, after that first withdrawal, my experience took a turn. Following the cash-out, I received small participation credits for the first five surveys I was disqualified from, which are noted in my transaction history. Since then, that has completely ceased. Now, every attempt at a survey ends with a disqualification message — either immediately or after I've invested considerable time answering questions. On several occasions, I got far enough to give detailed written responses, including personal anecdotes, only to be disqualified at the end without any compensation.
In recent days, I have extensively tested different survey types and times of day, but the outcome is always the same: disqualification every time. This level of rejection was not present before the withdrawal. What adds to my disappointment is seeing others report earning $5 or more for a single survey, with at least one user mentioning a $16 survey. Meanwhile, I cannot complete any surveys, despite dedicating time and effort in good faith. The disparity in experiences feels incredibly unfair. Being disqualified after putting in effort — especially for those requiring thoughtful responses — is unacceptable. At that point, my time and information have already been utilized. I understand there may be fewer surveys available for users in certain regions, and I accept that. However, I cannot accept a total and ongoing decline in opportunities combined with constant disqualifications right after a successful payout, without any explanation or transparency. I also seek clarification on how “survey routers” differ from standard surveys, as this is not clearly defined, leaving users uncertain about potential triggers for rejections or changes to their accounts. Currently, the platform feels like it functions just long enough to allow for a first withdrawal, then devolves into a cycle of wasted time. I am sharing this in hopes that the service will provide a clear explanation and address the issues at hand, as my experience has shifted from genuinely promising to quite frustrating. What started as a solid 5-star experience has now led to a 2-star rating.
I had given Earn Haus a try but I feel that I spent way too much time on surveys only to be told that I didn't qualify for the surveys that was available. The surveys don't pay much. I wish that they would have more surveys that paid more that didn't take much of your time just to be denied .
Just had my $ sent to me for the first time. Was easy enough to do with cashapp, and didn’t take long for the $ to add up either! So far so good! Will keep using it. The only negative thing I can say is that a lot of the surveys seem to be way longer than they say. Sometimes you answer a bunch of questions & then they decide that you no longer qualify for survey. So they throw ya a dime & boot ya. Kinda stinks. But hasn’t happened all too much.
Pleasantly surprised! Thank you! My cash outs have been fast & easy. I’ve cashed out twice in less than a week. I was expecting earning larger amounts but I can visualize $50-$100 a month, utilizing my spare time. I do get kicked out of some surveys, but usually still get a small reward.
The Surveys actually pay out. It only took 8 minutes after I requested withdrawal for the Funds to hit my Paypal! It takes some time to reach the pay out minimum of $5, and there's a .50Cents fee on any payout under $10. It takes consistency and dedication to earn Funds. This is extra side money to supplement your income since the Surveys pay is on the low side at a few cents per Survey. A few are up to a Dollar and twenty-five Cents. It's not reliable money that would cover Food or Cost of Living. Sometimes after spending 15mins doing a Survey it will say you don't qualify. Check your Email for recommended surveys that hit your inbox. Some of those pay upwards .75Cents per Survey.I do recommend Earn Haus! Have Fun.
