They offer “free” background checks only to have you go through a long series of hurdles while you wait for what I assume is the system generating the report. Once it’s done you are informed there is a $1.00* fee for a short trial period. I never did find the fine print for this *. Used a debit card which I moved $3.00 onto just to cover this transaction, yet I was told the transaction was declined, so I’m unsure how much they attempted to charge. Why can’t people, especially businesses just be honest, if we know what your fees are we are more likely to pay, but the deception and blind spending is a hard no for me.
Misleading billing practices that set up automatic recurring charges, with no way to cancel online. The information provided is absolutely useless and incomplete. You will find more reliable information if you simply use Google and search the individual that way without paying a dime. This website should be shut down...
The usual cliche, if I could give it zero Stars I would! This company has basically stole two years of monthly charges of $29.17 per month!! And they would have their money 2 hours after my disability check would deposit at 2:00 in the morning! I've contacted them, I've only received 6 payments back so far. I'm going to be sending another email today. I will post further updates, good or not-so-good. They were NOT anywhere in my subscriptions anywhere to be found!! Don't know HOW they managed that hiding trick, but they got me for $739!! Minus the 6 payments($170). Not counting the 3x I incurred insufficient funds fee for a returned payment because I wasn't aware I was being "robbed"; when I called and tried to address this, Cloey cut me off, wouldn't let me talk, and didn't seem very accommodating to help me resolve this matter! I guess I will be forced to report this to the Attorney General in their state and mine as well. I've already contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a fraud complaint, next is a formal complaint on BBB's site(even though they're not accredited through the better Business bureau anymore because they dropped them because they've had so many complaints!) and will post soon and update on this matter.
Scams they r misleading and thieves never give them your cc information when you call they never answer and bombard you with unanimous charges initially they ask you to pay just $1 a search then instantly they charge u 6.95 and then 29.95 beware of this fraud
