Very disappointing experience with ReverseLookup.
I only tested the app briefly during the trial, but was later charged €29.90. In my view, the transition from the free trial to the paid subscription was not clearly communicated. The support appears to be fully automated and did not resolve my issue.
The app is not working at all and all the 5 star ratings in Trustpilot must have been bought by this company.
Beware of this site. Tried it out for a one time thing and paid $1,90 and it gave me no results based on my own number.
Then I get another bill for $32.00 and when I contacted them they said no refund as the can’t find the charge. Back and forward many times in the end I got ripped off simple as that.

I signed up for a 7 day trial for $3.99. I thought, "not bad.". After searching one email address and one phone number I am all out of credits. So this 7 day trial is no good to me.... $9.99 for PDF access. And $80 for 50 more reports.... So the trial, in my opinion, isnt worth the price to try it out.... It is misleading and wrong to manipulate people this way....
