I couldn't opt out, thinking I would receive my reading first and only be charged later if I continued. However, the money was deducted immediately. I requested a refund within 5-10 minutes, but the email responses have been far from reassuring. Clearly a scam; it's unfortunate that these dishonest operators are still in business!

I paid £5 for a reading that I never received. Then they charged me for a full subscription I didn't sign up for, and the app features were still inaccessible. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed automated. I have reported them for fraud.
This is a total scam. I paid for a reading and had to download the app to access it. After downloading, I received countless emails claiming to provide my reading, but it was nowhere to be found. The app is confusing, and while searching for my purchase, I accidentally triggered an additional charge from my bank. It feels intentionally misleading and quite malicious.
