The blue gift bag with messages like "Present for you," "Your smile makes me happy," and "Thank you for being you" was such a nice touch. It truly warmed my heart. Additionally, I'm thrilled with the Arknights TCG Cards. The packaging was excellent, and everything arrived in great condition. Unwrapping the cards revealed some rare and SR cards, which made me very happy. I rate your professionalism and the entire team 12/12 to 24/24 to 100/100! A big shout out to everyone involved! I ordered a Japanese saw on 23/11/2025 for £65, with £40 for shipping. After not receiving any shipping updates by 27/11, I reached out to inquire about the shipment. The following day, I was informed that shipping could only be done via UPS, requiring an additional £15. This made the total cost higher than purchasing from a local dealer. As a business owner, I believe in taking responsibility for mistakes without passing costs to the customer. Unfortunately, the company did not do this. I canceled my order, which they allowed, but I expected better service. Had my first experience been positive, I would have ordered again, but now I won't return.

The items I ordered arrived in good condition and at a fair price. However, I rated only two stars due to the lengthy fulfillment and delivery time. I placed my order on October 8, 2025, paying extra for expedited FedEx shipping. It wasn't handed off to FedEx until October 20 and finally arrived on November 13, taking over a month. Communication was not helpful during this period. While they took responsibility and apologized, there was no concrete resolution offered, leaving me hesitant to order again.
This was my first order from this seller and it was quite substantial, so I was hopeful it would go smoothly. Communications were quick and addressed my questions well. The order arrived promptly, undamaged, and exactly as expected. Very satisfied, and I'm now preparing for a follow-up order.
