I 1489% unequivocally recommend APVI. I had one of the most challenging international visa cases due to clerical errors on the part of multiple other parties before APVI. I did my research, believe me. And I found APVI. They not only didn’t disappoint. They went over and above the call of duty on so many ways it’s not possible to list them all here. They triaged, diagnosed and then executed a plan to clean up everything from others’ mistakes, guided me and other stakeholders - including my international employer - in detail, filing papers properly, calling back or emailing expeditiously always, double and triple checking everything before filing… They leave no stone unturned to get the results you want.
I can't really say I don't recommend, since the've got a nicely organized checklist, communication, but be careful since they may provide inaccurate information, sometimes not sure of the requirements, awful refund policy and they a are bit incompetent at times.
Karim was very professional--perhaps too professional! He was quick to give advice and to answer questions. Although he is understandably busy, he was sure to make time to answer questions by phone or by email. My wife and I have been using APVI exclusively now for four years for all of our travel visa and passport services. When it comes to our passport management needs, we often find it overwhelming to navigate the world of multi-governmental agencies and the fine details of the process, in general. APVI's experience and speed in getting a KSA business visa quickly was impressive. After submitting my paperwork, they were on the phone within hours to thoroughly review it. They noted errors in the invite letter in Arabic which had to be corrected. I overnighted the passport and materials and they submitted it the day they received it and got it back the following day.
Ibtihal made this whole process incredibly easy and seamless. I was worried about sending off passports and sensitive information (and receiving everything back quickly) but she made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend this company and Ibtihal for help.
