I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. They ignored my emails repeatedly, even after multiple follow-ups regarding my order and tracking information. Communication is extremely poor. My order wasn’t shipped until I requested a follow-up, and now the parcel is lost with conflicting tracking information. Since then, they have completely ignored my emails about the missing parcel and tracking investigation. This experience has made it seem like a scam due to their lack of communication and failure to resolve the missing shipment. I have lost CAD $354, with no product received and no response from the seller. Avoid the stress and financial loss—do not buy from them.
