This was my first experience with Aquiline shipping. The products I ordered went from New York City to Los Angeles in less than 3 days and were delivered on time. I couldn't ask for better service.
I placed an order, and this was my first encounter with the couriers. I was provided with a delivery date for later that day along with a tracking number. The tracking process was smooth; it was user-friendly and precise. I encountered no problems, and the item arrived as anticipated.
The support team is ineffective. I informed them about the incorrect address, yet they still sent my package to the wrong location. Now, I'm left without the item I purchased and no means to retrieve my funds. I pleaded with them to return it to the sender, but they took no action. This has been the worst shipping experience I've ever had.

My shipping label was generated, my package was collected, handed over to the carrier, and ultimately delivered to me in just 3 days, well ahead of the expected delivery date. Incredible, especially during the holiday shipping period.
Awful delivery service. I wasn't home during the delivery, yet the website indicates the package was 'delivered,' even though I never got it! I didn't receive any email or notification from the tracking service. I inquired with my neighbors, but no one knows about it. I reached out to the support team a week ago via email and still haven't heard back!
I am extremely satisfied with this delivery service! I placed my order early in the morning and received the product later that same afternoon. The shipping was incredibly fast! The item was packed securely. The delivery person was very courteous, and I truly appreciated that she knocked on my door to inform me of the delivery (unlike other services that often just leave packages at my doorstep without notice).
