I have completed the revelation and integration programs last year and completed the mastery just this year. All i can say is that i am now completely a different and better man with a new and more meaningful life. My relationship with my very triggering mother has never been the same. Every time i would visit my family i would come back so dejected and just felt like i wasn't enough. I just graduated the mastery program 2024 and I can tell you that i go visit my family and it is no longer triggering, I am able to remain centered throughout situations that used to trigger me and set me off.
