My relationship with my very triggering mother has never been the same. Every time i would visit my family i would come back so dejected and just felt like i wasn't enough. I just graduated the mastery program 2024 and I can tell you that i go visit my family and it is no longer triggering, I am able to remain centered throughout situations that used to trigger me and set me off. Life is just easier and I am able to understand myself and others better. I completed the Revelations and Integrations programme last year, and OMG, what an unbelievable journey it was! It desensitized me to 80-90% of my triggers—talk about a trigger-happy transformation! All the bad apples have rolled out of my life, just as Rory says: they can't stand you being balanced. Now, I have so much peace in my life, it's like living in a Zen garden.I'm still on the road to recovery and joined the Mastery programme to tackle my remaining triggers. And guess what? I've completed it and am now 90% less triggered! I see so clearly now that I can't go back to my surviving archetype—I'm thriving better than ever. It's like I've upgraded from a survival mode to a thriving mode, and there's no looking back!
