My experience with Gustan Cho Associates has been extremely favorable. I knew as I was completing the purchase contract that financing for my buyer would be challenging. At the suggestion of a trusted colleague, I reached out to Gus to provide some background on my buyer and he immediately offered multiple options and assured us he would be able to get financed and prepared a pre-qualification letter on the spot. Fast forward…we were able to close a week prior to the contract date and my buyer (and myself) could not be happier with the service and expertise Gus provide during the course of this transaction. I not the type of person that will leave a review, but Gustan and his team is one that deserves my time... Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to earn your business... They were very reliable, always answered the phone, and was able to clearly explain all the mortgage mumbo-jumbo to me in a way for me to feel comfortable and trust that I was making the right decision... If there was a 10-star option I would've selected that instead!
