DRS sent me a letter (nicely worded for a debt company) i braved it and called.

The lady i spoke with was lovely. Never did she make me feel bad about my situation. Discussed fair payment terms and just generally gave me some reassurance.

4 payments I had to make. I made 3 but missed the 4th as I had frozen my card. Was sent a gentle text reminder and then 2 more. I spoke with them today, rather than demanding that i make payment, the operative wanted to know if I had had anything unexpected happen. She wanted to know if I was ok before discussing money.

I cleared my debt today, i'm so grateful to all 3 people that I spoke to.

If you owe a debt to this company, please just pick up the phone. This is the 1st place that hasn't made me feel awful.

Unprofessional service very bad reviews all around the internet about the company which does say a lot about it if possible avoid and don't deal with them they do not have a lot of rights if you check all the guidance about the debt recovery companies my advice is stay away stay away stay away

Great support from the representative.

I had a very positive experience with the representative I spoke with, even though this is a debt collection service. They were empathetic to my complicated situation and provided me with the time I needed to resolve my issues. They were also willing to offer additional assistance and made sure I was okay with everything else beyond just the debt we were discussing.

I had a wonderful experience...

I had a wonderful experience with the representative I spoke to, despite this being a debt collection service. They were understanding of my complex circumstances and provided me with the time I needed to sort things out. They were more than willing to offer any additional help I might need and checked in to ensure my overall well-being beyond just the debt we discussed.
