This company does not tell you how risky and illiquid buying shares are. Not only do you often have to wait a year to sell shares, there a good chance (due to their marketplace being so new and unpopulated) you may have to sell shares for way less than you bought them, or have trouble selling them at all. I had a terrible experience with this company and lost almost 3k. Don't let a small yeild tempt you.
The money takes too long to settle. Other when you are brand new to it it should be available immediately. Comparing it to other investments need to get better deals to get better returns. If we are entering a difficult market as many suggest then be tougher negotiators. The other suggestion is I know it seems you’ve trended to the $100 a share but without really knowing but guessing the avg investor isn’t getting $100 a month in div to reinvest. To keep capital in Ark I would suggest every third property be at $20 or $25 a share. This way capital stays in Ark and not withdrawn. But I’m not privy to the stats to know that’s an issue. I’d like to see a much easier way to explain some of how it works. Too long for here. But I have a hard time referring people if I can’t easily answer every question. I do like being able to pick the properties. I like the trading format. Like to see you in some other markets like TN.
