I’ve been using this product before workouts and meditation, and it’s become a real go-to. It opens up my sinuses and helps me breathe deeper. I notice a big difference in focus and energy, great during breathwork. Simple, clean, and effective. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re into performance, presence, or just want to feel more awake
I received this as a gift and honestly didn’t expect much—but it completely won me over. The quality is amazing, it actually works, and now I’d gladly pay for it myself. If you’re on the fence about the price or whether it’ll make a difference, I was too—but it’s 100% worth it.
Load of rubbish, does not do what it says, you get about 20 -30 seconds (and that's being generous) of the feel of your sinuses cleared, no different to chewing a few xxtra strong mints, or smelling some vapour rub, after that there is nothing, not one thing they advertise is true, avoid and save your money.
I have the blue ARK drops. I tried them for the first time when founder Julius offered me during an event where I was DJing, and it was an absolute shock in the best sense of the word.The whole mouth-nose channel opened and refreshed in a second! I think even the brain got refreshed. Since that day I carry them on my bag anywhere I go. For workouts, events, focused work... top quality, never disappoints.
