Always a risk when you use a company…

Always a risk when you use a company for the first time but I need not of worried. OPI varnishes ordered & delivered with no hassle. Shall definitely try other products.

Con Artists!!!

Con Artists!!!Placed my order for nail beauty products, tracking was showing a very slowed processing. In the end, the item was delivered to a different block of flats by the looks of the so called "proof of delivery location". I emailed customer support - guess what. No response. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST unless you fancy being out of pocket!!!

Absolutely love this company 😍 I've been using them for a while, I've bought loads of stuff, OPI nail varnishes, Stila lipglosses (16 of them) Nioxin hair products, and much more. All genuine products. Customer service is outstanding, I'd ordered Yankee candles and they ran out of stock, gave me a full Stila compact instead to apologise! I order from them every month, even got free Jil Sander Leather perfume, which is absolutely gorgeous 😍.

DO NOT USE!!!!

Wouldn't give 1 star if I could! Placed order told I would receive another email confirming despatch and tracking number, nothing! Complained several times nothing! Only after complaining to PayPal did company email me with a tracking number and telling me my parcel had been delivered 4 days prior and allegedly placed in my blue bin, it was not there, I had nothing from the company or Hermes to say it had been delivered!!! Company useless, they were only interested in the fact that THEY had a tracking number and not me, I have no parcel and no refund, do not use this company they couldn't run a bath!! BEWARE

Ordered before Christmas and items never arrived. Contacted customer services and they initially replied saying they’d look into it for me, but despite emailing a further few times they ignored my contact. No refund and no product, DO NOT order from here!

Wouldn't even give them one star if I coul paid over £20 for goods got nothing but a load of excuses first items out for delivery with hermes then for a further few days items still out with hermes then no reply then tracking number that did not work then gave a tracking number that stated items delivered I have requested the address they were delivered to as no delivery was made at my address no response have emailed a further five times asking what has happened no reply will just be getting in touch with trading standards and my bank would not recommend this company to anyone . An update to the above order arrived last night must have went a mystery tour it arrived one week after the company said it was out for delivery obviously wasn't sent when they said it was their communication is somewhat lacking to say the least certainly still would not recommend them.
