Great customer service!!

Andre was very helpful throughout the process. After receiving quotes of £4,000+ following a driving conviction, Andre and the ARMA team helped reduce the cost by more than half, which I really appreciated. Communication was good and they were supportive from start to finish.That said, there were moments where I felt a bit rushed into taking out the policy. I would advise others to make sure they request and review all policy documents beforehand and not feel pressured to proceed before they’re comfortable.Overall, however, the team have been nothing but helpful and professional, and the process was handled well. Hopefully my year of driving with them continues without any issues.
