Received my mounts quickly, but compatibility issues

I ordered two of the 3.0 mounts on January 2, 2026, and they arrived via USPS on January 10th. The product was well-packaged and included mounting hardware. However, I intended to use this with a specific flashlight setup, and unfortunately, it doesn't fit. The flashlight is too wide for the mount. I tested it with other models, and they fit perfectly. While the product itself is fine, it would be beneficial for the company to provide a list of compatible lights. Given how popular this combination is, it's surprising they didn't address this issue. I hope others receive their products without any problems.

Untrustworthy service with no delivery

This service is untrustworthy. They took my payment, but I have yet to receive my order. The status has been stuck on 'pending acceptance' in Miami for weeks. Furthermore, the customer support number is not working.

However, after checking the status with the postal service, it appears that the package has been pending at the Miami Post Office for 10 days. This situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the company. There should be a way to report companies that may be scams.

This is an outright scam. There is no customer service, no email responses, and the phone number is non-functional. I needed a return label but couldn't get one. I'm now filing a claim with my bank.

BEWARE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

I ordered a power supply on September 21st and received a shipping confirmation the next day. However, the tracking status shows no progress. I've tried contacting them via email and phone with no response. The tracking status remains unchanged.

Total scam - I made a purchase and tried to contact customer service the same day, but no email worked. I attempted to file a dispute, but it was rejected due to some paperwork on their end, though I never received the item for two months.
