My order was dealt with by Mike Harrison, he was extremely helpful, diligent with the T&Cs, both professional, personable and very efficient. After initially thinking I would be unable to get broadband for months, Mike explained the situation and how I could expedite the process. We also managed a chat about football too! Whole call took about 5mins. Great experience.
I am an existing customer who had a query and needed help. After listening to the usual recording and then selecting the customer service department from the key pad, I was on hold for 19 minutes. I therefore did a test, rang back and selected that I wanted to become a customer of Rise Fibre. Guess what, they answered in less than 2 minutes. I questioned this and his response was they have more people on the new business lines. Obviously he wasn't interested in my query and recommended I speak to the very department I had just wasted 19 minutes on hold for. I have a recommendation for you Rise. Put more people on the phones who try to help your existing customers or you might lose more than you attract.
After a faultless new broadband installation, we need to contact customer services a second time with only a password query.
Again wonderful customer service and support from SARA, who resolved our issue very quickly.
Cannot fault Rise from signing up to installation and continued support.

I'd vote - 5 if I could.
The day I was assigned to change to Rise Fibre - it didn't work. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR - I was gaslit and told I hadn't waited that long. I cancelled - realising that I did NOT want to be with a company with long wait call times with issues. They promised I could cancel. They promised to cease the contract - 9 days later I am STILL without wifi. I have te new router, Openreach is trying to connect me - but they can't because Rise Fibre haven't ceased my contract on their end. THREE times they've promised me it would be completed - and it still is not. I'd stay well away.
Chris Thorpe made my experience great and the onboarding was fantastic. He gave me a call way late into the evening of a WEEKEND day. Extremely friendly and helpful as well as fast and was able to answer even fairly unrelated questions. 10/10 call and help.
