Review Time
I placed my order on 16th November, and while the materials arrived on schedule, the follow-up was unsatisfactory. After a week of waiting and trying to contact the support team through calls and emails, I had to find the materials locally since they weren't delivered in the promised timeframe. I received a call on Monday, 24th, after I had already sourced what I needed, and was told they were attempting to arrange delivery that week. I explained that the materials were no longer needed and was promised a refund within 3-5 business days on 25th November. However, I still have not seen any sign of the refund. It’s unfortunate, as I had seen positive reviews, but I will not be returning.

The prices are high. It seems this company acts as a middleman, ordering from local merchants who would have delivered for free. I ended up paying £60 for postage and higher prices. The items arrived late; although I received a small refund as a gesture, the items were damaged on delivery—not their fault, but the local merchant's driver. Thankfully, the merchant quickly replaced the items, or I would have faced a long wait for a refund. I could have saved significantly by going directly to local suppliers.
Service was extremely disappointing! If I could rate lower than one star, I would! There were issues from the beginning. Once they received payment, communication ceased. I left multiple messages and sent emails for urgent updates. I had a landscaper scheduled for the delivery date that never occurred. They hadn't processed my order with the manufacturer until days later, and the delivery time didn't include weekends, which was not communicated to me initially. I spent all of yesterday trying to reach them without success. I only learned about the delivery date from the manufacturer who contacted me directly. It was a relief to finally get accurate information from them. I strongly recommend ordering directly from the manufacturer instead of this company.
The prices were outrageous. I take responsibility for not noticing, but this company charged me nearly 50% more than a local builder's merchant. I should have double-checked, so let this be a lesson. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, my order arrived as scheduled, and the driver called to notify me of his arrival. I received a great price and efficient service; I cannot recommend them enough.
