I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this company. I signed up because I was desperate to get some old arrest records and embarrassing personal info off the internet. The sales rep made it sound like they had “proprietary tools” and connections that could handle everything fast. They charged me $1200 upfront and promised guaranteed result within 30-45 days. Three months passed without any results the same records where still online and even the outdated court records. They didn’t help at all. I wanted more effective result and I thankfully Eraseinfo was made known to me. I was able to discuss with them about my case on instagram, they processed my case and were able to wipe out all my records online. I must say it was very effective with them unlike other cases I’ve gone through.
I signed up for a record clearing case over 12 months ago. They still have not finished my case and it's at filing the final motion to seal for the last 3 months and it still has not been filed even though they have told me multiple times all they need to do is mail it. I paid over $1200 and it has been more work for me to make them do it than to just do it myself with some help from some legal self help booklets from the state itself .I called them for a refund. They completely refused and hung up the phone on me after telling me a bunch of lies about having done work on my case and that I was being rude to them. It has been 6 months and they could not even fill out a petition with 5 blanks on it. I will be suing them in small claims court and I seriously dare them to answer the claim as opposed to accepting the default judgment, notwithstanding the complaints I will be making against them, particularly the attorney. The paralegals are just lame ducks who can barely put a sentence together other than saying something similar to "all the work we have done in your case .."TLDR do it yourself with free legal advice from state government websites.
Stay away from this company. It will attempt to cheat you at the end of the rental by claiming nonexistent damages when insurance is not purchased. They have poor roadside assistance. Their vehicles have had the spare tire removed. Is this legal in Spain? Thwey will pressure you into buying insurance and then retaliate if tyou don't.
