I rate them a 0 if i could. The office people themselves were very professional. We are going for guardianship of our grand daughter and i found out theres a clause in the contract that wasnt verbally told to me and thats if your guardianship is contested they only represent you for 1 hearing but charge you for 2. They use sub contracted lawyers which is horrible. The lawyer they set us up with was so unbelievably unprofessional and useless. The judge asked him simple questions like who i was bc im technically step grandpa which is a fair question but he didnt know how to answer the question at first. Then he didnt tell the judge anything about what was going on leading up to us filing for guardianship instead he let it look like it was retaliation against my daughter which wasnt the case at all. The judge was so furious he order both lawyers into chambers just to find out what was really going on. Then after thd hearing the judge ordered both attorneys to come up with a visitation schedule for our grand daughter. Our lawyer asked me what we would like and we told him 2 hour visits to start from 530 to 730 and multiple days a week were fine and if our daughter tried to take our grand daughter again and run we had the right to call the police. He didnt put any of that in there at all. He put both parties are to communicate and set up reasonable visitation times. Like if you weren't going to put anything we asked for in there why did u ask. Then bc i asked 3 times by email because that was the only way i could get ahold of our lawyer. Otherwise i had to call marble who would get a hold of him to call us. But bc of the 3 emails trying to get a copy of the court ordered visitation schedule that he was working on he blew uo on me saying hes done giving me all this free work and unless i pay him a lot more hes done being my attorney. We paid 3850 for him to file one petition and show up to 1 hearing and pretty much single handedly blow up our case. His name is george drosis i dont recommend ever using him. Hes literally done nothing for us. I paid the filing fee for the petition. He wouldnt use any of our evidence that i gave him. Would subpoena the doctors office for medical records and a signed document by my daughter proving we were given guardianship by pur daughter to get her medically treated. He wanted the easiest way out possible no matter if ut hurt our case or no matter how bad if hurt us. Dont use marble

Initially I requested a modification to my custody arrangement. The lawyer they matched me with told me I didn’t have a case for a modification and encouraged me to move ahead with an enforcement to quote “START THE PROCESS”. But once I was locked into the contract, she was wholly uninterested in working on my case. It took six months for them to file. Then another YEAR to come to a resolution. NO MENTION OF THE MODIFICATION I ACTUALLY WANTED. I asked for all the fees up front and still got hit with additional fees. The lawyer they matched me with wouldn’t even HAVE A CONVERSATION with me about my case between court dates.
I now have to go retain a NEW attorney to file the modification I needed from the beginning.
I’ll never be using Marble’s service again.
This place is a joke. I reached out only got to talk to a robot. Ok cool. Of course robot programmed to make u feel good then wants your credit card to pay 49 to talk to a person. Wow what a joke. Most real lawyers will give you a 30 minute consult to see if can help you or at least a real phone calll. Not here money hungry scamish vibe here. I don’t trust anyone that needs my credit card and 49 to pick up a ph and hear me for few mins. I and to talk to real person was not allowed till I pay money. No way. Something not right look at all the anonymous reviews. Feels bad to me. Don’t do it people.
These guys did not do what was agreed. They were to negotiate a divorce agreement with my ex and take care of any associated paperwork, etc.
They didn't 'negotiate' a damn thing. All I got for my $4000.00 was they sent her one maybe two emails, filed one document I could have done myself and I don't even think they spoke to her but maybe one time......wow man, lame effort to work out a deal. Then I was informed that anything more would cost more. Nothing was settled but they got they're money. When I contacted them several times to resolve this, I was basically told 'too bad'
At a time when money is tight enough as it is, this temp agency for legal help did not even come close to fulfilling what was agreed. Big waste of my money.

Beware! I sought assistance from this service for a custody case, but they never submitted the necessary paperwork. This led to an unnecessary expense, and now they have taken $2,500 without responding to my calls or messages. It's been three months, and now we have to face another court process.

My case, as described by my representative, is straightforward, and I'm hopeful for a happy outcome! The transition from AI to a real person has been very professional. The flat fee structure often results in overcharging for minor services. The company appears to be slow in grasping the details of my case. They do not provide any alternatives, such as mediation or different suggestions. Their ability to offer genuine advice is lacking. As a result, you are left vulnerable to being exploited by opposing legal representatives. I recommend steering clear of this service; it feels like a scam.
I engaged the services of a law firm for my divorce, and while the attorney was pleasant and didn’t overcharge, I now find myself a year later dealing with significant credit issues caused by my ex. This was a direct result of my attorney’s advice to settle, which has led to ongoing financial difficulties that may affect me for life, especially at my age of 70. My attorney suggested I agree to terms, but failed to inform me that the finance company might not recognize the divorce and still hold me liable. As a consequence, my ex is not making the payments, and I am now facing additional legal expenses and complications. The attorney should have been aware of these implications. It feels like nobody is fulfilling their responsibilities anymore.
Paid for a consultation, they canceled the exact minute the meeting was about to start and so far has kept the money... Pretty sure they're a scam, be careful. Edit: They called 30 minutes later and said this isn't a case they'd take on and refunded me. Changed star from 1 to 2 because they at least called me back and refunded me.
