No free gift

All four ordered items were delivered - that’s not the issue, but during the order process I was gifted a free item (Grüüm) which was not included in the package.Why bother with this free gift stuff when it’s not included anyway?

So far I've been elated with the quality of their products... Having said that, I am ecstatic that they are the ones finally bringing Save the Green Planet to Blu-ray! I've been patiently waiting for this to get the royal treatment that it so deserves! (:P)

Do NOT buy directly from Arrow

Do not buy directly from Arrow under any circumstances. I informed them that the disc I had bought from them didn't work. They assured me a replacement would be sent. I waited a week, then contacted them again, and they assured me it would be sent within 30 days. Once I was outside the month's return window they then told me they wouldn't be sending me a replacement, or giving me a refund, saying that I was now not within the mandatory return window. They have been rude, dismissive, and are just deciding to keep my money while I have an unusable product. I posted my experiences to reddit to let others know about this and what really surprised me was just how many people (I'd estimate at least 100) said they had had similar experiences and would also never be purchasing from Arrow again. It seems their horrific customer service is the worst kept secret in the physical media sphere.

I was planning on getting the 4K version of Return of the Living Dead as part of this order, but it was out of stock. You should really take a cue from Vinegar Syndrome and show an exact number of how many of these are available.
